01 / Get it built
The AI Sprint.
Four weeks. A clear first phase.
Choose the mission. I lead the build. Your team benefits from my work and my processes.
We agree on scope, a fixed fee, tool costs, your team’s time, how to measure progress, and what “done” means.
How we set up the first phase
Keep the code, setup, tests, and guides. We choose who will run the work after handoff and agree on the tools, running costs, and support they’ll need. We agree on who handles exceptions and when the work needs a person’s judgment. We run the work together before handing it over.
Choose whether to go further. Review the results before choosing the next phase. We agree on ongoing support separately.
Can we work together long term?
Yes. I’m open to long-term contracts after the initial engagement. We use the first phase to decide what needs building next, who will own the work, and where ongoing help would be useful. We agree on scope and terms before continuing.
We agree on what we can build and test in four weeks. The clock starts when we have the access we agreed on.
What the Sprint includes
- Build what moves the business: a product, an AI workflow, or the next part of your roadmap. That could mean sorting documents, routing work, or flagging what needs your team’s judgment.
- See a demo in week two. We test the work together. Each week, you see what works, what needs fixing, and what comes next.
- Review the first phase in week four. Keep the work. The people who will use it test a real task before handoff.
